Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original invoice and price tags intact.
  • Exchanges, including size changes, depend on availability and confirmation.
  • Products exchanged once are treated as customised and cannot be exchanged again.

Refunds

  • If exchange is not possible due to limited stock, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds start after the returned product passes inspection.
  • Amount is credited to the original payment method within about 7 days.
  • Discounted or sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Return Conditions

  • Altered, customised, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Items must have all tags attached and be in perfect condition.
  • Damaged, worn, or soiled items may not be accepted.

Return Pickup

  • Free reverse pickup is available in most serviceable locations.
  • If pickup isn’t available, you may courier the item yourself. Courier charges are not reimbursed.

International Orders

  • Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.
  • Please check the size chart before ordering.
  • Most readymade outfits include small seam margins for minor alterations.

We recommend referring to our detailed Size Chart linked on every product page. Our garments are designed with standard Indian sizing in mind, but we always suggest measuring yourself for the perfect fit.

Do you ship internationally?

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the delivery status of your package in real-time.

Are the colors shown on the website accurate?

We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor displays and lighting during photography, there may be slight differences in the actual product color.
