Returns & Exchanges
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, with original invoice and price tags intact.
- Exchanges, including size changes, depend on availability and confirmation.
- Products exchanged once are treated as customised and cannot be exchanged again.
Refunds
- If exchange is not possible due to limited stock, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds start after the returned product passes inspection.
- Amount is credited to the original payment method within about 7 days.
- Discounted or sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Return Conditions
- Altered, customised, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective.
- Items must have all tags attached and be in perfect condition.
- Damaged, worn, or soiled items may not be accepted.
Return Pickup
- Free reverse pickup is available in most serviceable locations.
- If pickup isn’t available, you may courier the item yourself. Courier charges are not reimbursed.
International Orders
- Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.
- Please check the size chart before ordering.
- Most readymade outfits include small seam margins for minor alterations.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the delivery status of your package in real-time.
Are the colors shown on the website accurate?
