Shipping Destination & Dispatch
- At present, we are shipping exclusively within India.
- We’re dreaming big, so international destinations might be on our horizon soon!
- Your order will be processed and dispatched within 14 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery times are typically within 7 - 14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
- Please note that in some remote areas, delivery times may be slightly longer.
- While unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, our team will make reasonable efforts to get your orders delivered at the earliest.
Shipping Fees & Payment
- Inside Kerala: Flat-rate fee of INR 100.
- Outside Kerala: Flat-rate fee of INR 200.
- We do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD) facilities under any circumstances.
Tracking Your Order
- We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
- You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery on our website or with the shipping carrier.
Delivery Address & Issues
- Please ensure you provide accurate and complete shipping information, including your full address and contact details.
- If we cannot deliver due to incorrect information, we will try to contact you. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
- If you are not reachable or do not accept the delivery, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Refunds in such cases will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
Delayed Shipments
- Unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or public holidays, may occasionally result in delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
- Title and risk of products pass to you upon your receipt of the delivery.
